Nacchinono's menu features classic and inspired reinterpretations of the Sardinian culinary tradition, offered both á la carte or included in our tasting menu.

In the creation of our dishes we use seasonal raw materials from our farm and high quality, locally sourced ingredients, then accompanying our dishes with wines from small local producers.
The indoor dining room of our restaurant, with an intimate and original character, is beautifully complemented by outdoor terrace with a tremendous view of the countryside, Olbia and the island of Tavolara.
